Literature Text

Up high on the mountain's peak
So close to the sky and shining bright stars
So far from Earth's soul and reality's scars-
Here is where the weary seek

Where refuge is taken of life's circle so bleak
Hunger and fear forgotten and far
Here, with golden eyes and fur black as tar
The wolf slinks silent and sleek

With iron blood flowing in steely veins
Stares toward Heaven, opens his jowls
Heart in sync with nature's wild tune

Ringing till no silence remains
Tilts his proud head and howls,
Long, loud, and free towards the moon
I had to wright an American Romanticism sonnet for English! I liked it so here. Thankfully I didn't have to do iambic pentameter, but it did have to be Italian or Elizabethan. =B

ILL RESUBMIT THIS WHEN THE ARTWORK IS FINALLY DONE
